  1. China and the great firewall of harmony.

I am playing in China now, on a China contract. But I guess I have a Hong Kong Microsoft account.
  2. 4 decent players up for grabs!

Maybe it's just me. But it seems slightly bad taste to be hawking your services on a public forum like this... afterall the game is quite local, so all you need to do is just to contact the main players in your area (which should be quite obvious) from the respective factions and make an educated choice. This is turning into a talent/reality show with many twists with the family... I run a small private business. And when I see an candidate badmouthing his/her ex-employer, much less do it publically, I usually write that person off. Nothing personal, and probably I am just old fashioned.
  3. This thing does not work on my Surface RT.
  4. Hello from Shanghai China

I am not exactly sure which server I am downloading from. I am using a HK Hotmail account for all my Microsoft stuff (e.g. Windows Phone, Surface, Xbox). But with my Windows Phone, I am actually on the China Unicom contract. My WP8 game is working with no problem whatsoever, but the Commander Center on my Surface does not work. Basically I could download and install the thing, but it shows a map with a big red cross in the middle. Probably it's due to the China blocking of Bing Map -- but I am no techie so I don't really know. Please don't tell Microsoft that or else they might jinx my game -- just bought some credits...
  5. Hello from Shanghai China

Hello I am new player from Shanghai in the Swarm faction. I have been playing for 2 days now and I have some questions about zoning. Is there an objective criteria for setting up zones, eg population density or economic activities, mobile phone usage etc? The reason I am asking is that I live and work in the Puxi (west of river) side of town, and the number of zones over here seem to be way under represented. Puxi is the traditional economic and residential center of Shanghai, and the whole region such as the Huangpu district around people square and Xintiandi can and should support 3 or more zones. Not really complaining but I regions with much lower population density has basically the same density of zones. Just my 2 cents.
